Warden House Kaelmn, lords of the port sectors of SAMMAHS2

  Imperial force on SAMMAHS2, after the event of the Cicatrix Maledictum, slowly rose around airborne powers.  What land mass remained of the planet miraculously held together by strange magnetic fields at its core.  This forced survivors to the interiors of the larger fragments. Of the planet, and empowering the sky-born of military, and civilian population. Infantry are now required to hold prowess as soldiers as well as piloting aircraft, or navigating free-fall combat. Many of the populated hubs of SAMMAHS2 moan from what seem like floating mountains or the spirits of cliffs in fog. A fog that light footed Sammahtians believe to catch the souls of the fallen.

Warden house Kaelmn, carged to the port sectors of the SAMMAHS2 floating cities, still hold fast to the practice of effigy from before the time of the great tare. This is observed even in their tactical approaches.

  Their number of more elite in traversing the cliffs of a floating magnetic hive city, are initiated to a separate rank. Known as the Corpus Oblation, these troopers are issued only a blade, their grav skull, and a specialized bandolier of grenades. Their aim to confuse and distract any possible corruption of the mountain law, and to facilitate the dispatch of its ends.

  The Corpus Oblation are clad in a black armored body glove, with the blood red pauldron of the Kaelmn house. These suicidal aerialists are known to rituals decorate their skin with esoteric tattoos. These marks are believed to address the remains of their corporeal manifestation in the event of the acceptance of their offerings to the fading light of their emperor.

   Members of the Corpus Oblation are not known to be long for the world. Placing themselves in the most danger to lay traps, and facilitate distraction. If the offering is hesitant or unworthy the emperor will be satisfied with their life and the failure of the house. Other guards of house Kaelmn hold many aspirations, acceptance into the Oblation the higher of most.

  Finally completing this group.  The intent here is to have a group of miniatures acting as guardians of a port sector on the SAMMAHS2 planet.  This setting will be represented on a vertically centric 2 foot by 2 foot board.  This group will act as a feature in the setting in witch two small cohorts will be interacting in search of an objective. This setting is made of large floating cliff faces connected by varied sized gantries at many different vertically oriented levels. Some of these levels are hangers for medium to small civilian aircraft.  Many of these hangers, like the landscape, are in a state of disrepair but still functioning. Ive already mocked up most of the pieces for this board in card and bits and I’ll get a bit more into the details on that in the next post.
